[pmwiki-users] Spam filtering not cutting it

I found that using URL fragments rather than key words eliminated 
virtually all of the spam on my site.

It is trivial for spammers to provide alt3rnate sp311ing 4 drug names, 
but much harder for them to have an unlimited supply of URLs.
