[pmwiki-users] display images without extension

hi list
how do I embedd images that dont have an extension (that are generated 
with php) in wikitext

http://domain.net/image.jpg works

but not

         http://pr.blogflux.com/pr3.php?s={$PageUrl}
this produces a gif with the pagerank.

Does anyone have an idea?
