I dunno, I hadn't thought about it much.

At any rate, I've now changed PmWikiDe so that the RecentChanges
pages replace existing entries based on the page's name and not the
page's title.  This is done with:

  $RecentChangesFmt['$Group.RecentChanges'] =
    '* [[$FullName  | $Titlespaced]] . . . 
                    $CurrentTime $[by] $AuthorLink: [=$ChangeSummary=]';

Note that this will cause a few more duplicates to appear but it'll
stabilize quickly.  The PmWikiDe.* maintainers might just want to
erase the current RecentChanges file on pmwiki.org so as to eliminate 
confusion.
