[pmwiki-users] IP address as title

Hello,

Some time ago was implemented, for recent change files on the pmwiki.org 
site, the fact that author IP address are shown when letting the pointer 
stay on the Author's name, as exists now in 'history'. This is done by 
setting IP address as 'tutle' in a <span> container.

How is it possible to implement that for recent changes files ?
