a user point of view is : "Save" button stay in edition mode, and a
"Save & close" button quit the edition mode and return to the page view.

maybe a good feature (cookbook ?) should be a macro in OpenOffice (or
the other Office :-) to convert a document in PmWiki source ?
But it is not PmWiki dev...
