GeminiTwo v3 is now uploaded as gemini.zip

I fixed a number of small annoyances and a bug which made 100% wide
tables stretch just over the right edge in IE6.

The rightbar can be switched off and on now.

One alternative layout is included which puts the title higher into
header space, which can look good if you just use a small logo.

Switchable color schemes:
3D look blue, 3D look sand(light brown/beige), blue sky, lavender,
yellow lined paper (with comics font for kids)

Thanks everyone for feedback to help me iron out some bugs!

Patrick, could you please update the Cookbook/Gemini page with this
release?
