[pmwiki-users] EnableHTML docs updated

In case this interests anybody: I have updated the documentation on 
http://pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/EnableHTML .

I finally verified that everything said on that page is correct, so this 
recipe is now in "stable" status. (Bug reports still welcome.)

Also, I made the security warnings somewhat more precise (and they lost 
some of their scariness in the process), and integrated old discussion 
sections into the documentation itself. If any questions remain, feel 
free to re-add them to the page, or ask on this mailing list.


Pm, could you install the recipe for that page, and document which HTML 
tags have been enabled? Or, alternatively, disable the old EnableHTML 
recipe for the page, and remove the "Sandbox" section on the page?
