You're in luck, as there's a pretty handy Template system available.

I would find useful the ability to copy pages (i.e. use an existing
page as the source or template to create 
another page). For example, I have a web site for chemical
formulations, and I would rather that people copy
and modify the recipe on a new page, then in the original page.

I know it is possible to click edit, copy the page, add a link, save,
click on the new page, and add the old content.

But I am tired just describing it, and do not think anyone will use it
instead of editing the original page.

Better still, on the suggestion, we can block an existing page for
editing, but add a 'Copy' button that will create 
an editable copy with a name like OriginalName_1, etc.
