[Pmwiki-users] perhaps a reordering of topics under "TextFormattingRules"

  just my $0.03 Cdn., but i'm guessing that the text formatting topics
listed at

http://localhost/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/PmWiki/TextFormattingRules

might be easier to follow if they were reorganized, kind of top down,
and also keeping related topics closer together.  it's kind of
confusing, for example, to have bulleted lists so far from numbered
lists and definition lists.  one would think that there'd be one
section just on lists, with those as subsections.

perhaps:

  * Headers
  * Paragraph structure
    - including indentation
  * Fonts and emphasis
  * References and links
  * Lists
    - all three types as subsections?
  * Escape sequences
  * Tables

or something to that effect.

  thoughts?
