As for me, I like the MediaWiki approach: no WikiWords at all, page
names are case insensitive, spaces were changed to underscores, and
to create a link one should write [Page name] (or [[Page name]], can't
quite remember). This pattern is excellent especially for Russian
language, because we don't capitalize all first letters in titles,
and thus russian WikiWords look a bit ugly, whether they're spaced
or not. Probably there are other languages with similar rules...
