I simply put:

into my /robots.txt
(You will have to change the URL to suit your own system). Another way, if you 
don't have control of the whole site, would be to put the noindex and 
nofollow META tags in the WikiSandbox page, like is done with the diff pages.

However, if everyone does it, then they will simply search for something else, 
so this method only works because most people don't use it :(
