I'm in favour of that (obviously: http://wiki.lyx.org).

Hmm... I probably wouldn't use that, I've separated the help into:
Site help - help about using this particular site
Wiki help - help about PmWiki authoring
so just writing 'help' isn't enough.
Slightly related: I also modified PmWiki/DocumentationIndex so that it
now includes PmWiki/WikiHelp in the beginning - mainly because I prefer
using the documentation index as my main help page for pmwiki.

Purely estethic reasons :-) I.e. IMHO it looks just nicer with
WikiHelp
SearchWiki
RecentChanges
because the length of the items are increasing...
