Hmmm, AppWeb/mbedthis looks interesting.  Unfortunately, it doesn't
seem to support any sort of aliasing or url rewriting (or PATH_INFO).
I've got a message into to their support forum about this, but
I'd prefer to not be stuck with the ?n=xxxx urls.

Nanoweb looks okay, except it seems nearly impossible to get all
of its filesystem paths configured correctly unless I use absolute
path names (and somehow I'd prefer to avoid that).  Plus it has the
concurrency issues mentioned previously in case anyone wants it to
run as a multi-session webserver.

So, I'm still looking.
