This has been requested before, my problem is I'm not quite sure how
to internationalise it, and also how Alt/Ctrl affects Macs :)

Hmm, what specification is your machine at home?   Have you tried
turning off 'High Quality mode' and seeing if that has a performance
impact? (It should do!)
