I'd like to refactor
CustomMarkup - PmWiki <https://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/CustomMarkup>
and move the Migration to PHP5.5 section somewhere else.
The reason for this is to make the page more consumable.
Perhaps the talk page, but perhaps a cookbook page (that can consolidate
all such old documentation)

Thoughts?
