[The Editor]

OK, the Docs group is open to editing.  Just double click the page to
edit.  If there are other pages anyone would like to work on let me
know.  No problem opening it up.  Also please use the comments where
you want.

I put this in my config file but it doesn't seem to get the ?'s back.
Any suggestions?

Finally, the real redirect (instead of putting it in a frame) solves
some ie problem, but I still can't view source in IE.  Wants to do a
download or something.
