Thanks for this recipe!:-) I've been on holiday so haven't been able to try it yet, but I probably will later this week.

I've added a recipe that migrates wiki page files and attachments from
an older 8-bit encoding to UTF-8.

Please have a recent backup snapshot before proceeding, then follow the
instructions.
This may or may not work on MacOSX filesystems.
