[pmwiki-users] Cookbook: Display PDF thumbnails

The attached cookbook script displays a thumbnail for a PDF along with a 
link to the PDF file.  This was loosely based on the minimage.php 
script.  Usage is similar:  PDF:filename.pdf generates a thumbnail and 
displays it on the page.

This is my first attempt at writing a cookbook recipe.  I considered 
extending the minimage recipe, but decided not to.
