The page Site.SideBar is the default sidebar in most skins, and shows in 
all pages, unless there is a Group.SideBar in the current group (eg 
Main.SideBar in Main).

Edit this page from your wiki, like any other page.

You probably mean you have all your content pages in a single group.

The default group is Main, if you have not configured it differently. 
Site and SiteAdmin are other groups that exist in the default 
installation. See:

BTW, if you edit the page Site.SideBar, you need to use fully qualified 
links to your pages like:

* [[Main/Home page]]
* [[Main/Other page]]

because just [[Other page]] may link to a page in the Site group.
