[pmwiki-users] Localhost Farm

I'd check if the XAMPP server and the PHP process have permissions to
access the farmed/local directory and the farmed/local/config.php file,
and I'd check if by any chance there is some typo like an uppercase
character in the names of the file and directory.

Do other customizations in the field work from the field's config.php
file? Can you edit the field wiki with your browser?
