FYI UserAdmin has been updated with PHP55 compatibility and the issues Joel
was having have been resolved.

If you are looking for a recipe to allow users to self register, keep track
of other fields of data for your users, etc. you might want to check it out.

Many set points are still unclear to me, but the expected features are
there.
And I have no more error messages.
Many tests are still needed to understand how to properly structure
anything here but it works.
