Cookbook and Skins share the same upload directory. The Main group has 
uploads enabled so people can try the feature in the WikiSandbox; these 
uploaded files are deleted on a regular basis. (I have moved your 
uploaded files to the Cookbook directory and fixed links in the talk 
page.)

If uploads are not enabled, The Attach: markup does not work, but you 
can use the full http: URL.
