Apologies - I haven't looked at this in 5 years and at that point it was to
mark it as non-functioning. To be honest I didn't even remember the name
"ViewPDF" as something I had ever looked at.

This recipe is officially deprecated. If anyone wants to take it and run
with it, feel free.
