I am not. I do not know what is going there, and cannot reproduce your
errors. I can give you just the following hints for testing:

Are you quite certain that the Triad skin is causing this?
In order to verify this, could you reduce your config.php to a simple
version, with just $skin = 'triad'; specified? Definitely no other
includes? And do another test with everything included, your normal
config, just no Triad skin.

If you suspect the Triad skin, you could take a look at its skin php
file, and comment out all includes in it for a start, and set all
$Enable.... variables to false. Will you still get this error?

It is an odd error involving page names starting with a numeral.
I do not see the Triad skin doing anything with regards to page names.
