[pmwiki-users] PageLogoUrl

Upon looking at the HTML source of the rendered page, I couldn't see the <img> tag within the <div>.

I found the problem with my custom skin, I've started using kaylen and found that wikilogo didn't have an <img> tag.

My local version does now.
