How about some sort or ranking for the cookbooks relating to the amount 
of admin effort required.
  simple - no admin effort
  medium - upload scripts, basic config.php changes
  complex - upload scripts, complex config.php changes where positioning 
the change is key, and possible conditional or coded configs required.
