[pmwiki-users] Increasing font thickness not size

Hi guys,

I want to increase the font thickness of a heading. Since I just want to increase the font thickness only little, using bold with triple quotations ''' ''' do not work. Also increasing the size with [+++  +++] does not meet my needs either or using heading levels with !  Please let me know if there is a way to just increase font thickness not size of the font. Also if I want to use a different font than default (I am using skillish skin), do I need to use a cookbook for that or is there a way to change font (e.g., Calibri) without using a cookbook. Please advise. Thanks!
