[pmwiki-users] Themed HighlightJs recipe for Pmwiki

Created demo pages using HightlightJs recipe(still working on it).

Markup usage:

I was wanting to know if the markup would be appropriate, note, currently ` is 
used for WikiWord neutralisation. 
I am trying to avoid the typical (: markup options.... :) for easy usage.

Any comments and suggestions are welcomed.
