I added this information to
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/XHTMLStrict along with other
hints.

As far as I see, PmWiki has only few markup elements creating
incompatible output:

* bordercolor, bgcolor, align for tables
* %item value=x% in numbered lists
* [[<<]] - fix and alternative available

I'm not sure about forms, and very likely I missed something.
