[pmwiki-users] pmwiki.org moved to new server

Today I moved the pmwiki.org and pmichaud.com sites over to a new
server (same hosting provider, just a new server).  The new server has
2x memory, 2x disk space, and a much more up-to-date OS, so hopefully we'll
see increased performance and far fewer problems with the mailing lists
going down unexpectedly.

If you notice any problems with the site or mailing lists, please
send a message to me (pmichaud at pobox.com) and/or Petko (5ko at 5ko.fr)
directly and we'll figure out if I overlooked anything.
