Part of the problem with attempting to do this via markup is that
the markup doesn't get processed until the page has actually been
read and is in the process of being rendered.

In other words, by the time PmWiki gets to handling the (:pageaction:)
markup, it's already started doing the ?action=view processing.  :-)
