[pmwiki-users] '!' in pagelists [Re: Indexing categories and links (suspended)]

While I haven't looked at the code, I have been a member of the community
for a while.
In that time the use of "!" as a negation character was never mentioned. It
has without exception been "-".

I agree that this change ought to be reverted.

This will then solve the downstream problems.
