[pmwiki-users] Annoying line break issues.

Put in every group's header (:include Site.GroupHeader:), and put in Site.GroupHeader (:linebreaks:). 

I vaguely recall there is a variable you can use to set the group header in the configuration file, so you don't have to create a group header for each group, but then it may not be easy to make exceptions.
