[pmwiki-users] TextExtract (Search recipe) update

New TextExtract version 2009-09-26 now released.

I added a config variable for setting markup-mode specific
defaults, so any markup mode can have custom default options.

I also made the shorten= option (to truncate output lines)
available for all markup modes, not just for markup=text.
It seems to work fine, although there may be occasionally undesired
clipping of active markup.
