You should certainly investigate
PublishPDF<http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/PublishPDF>,
which uses WikiPublisher <http://www.wikipublisher.org/wiki/> to format Wiki
pages, pagelists and wikitrails. It generates PDF bookmarks and fixes up all
the internal references; but any references to pages outside the set being
published will be external references back to the wiki. So you just have to
make sure that you include all the pages you need...
