[pmwiki-users] wikiforms duplicate an entry

hello

some users (lazy ones) have requested a button to replicate an  
exsisting entry in wikiforms but to then be able to alter the name of  
the server, for example.

any easy way to do this. I'd rather leave them in editeform mode than  
normal edit mode.
