Hi,

here you can see that,
as the other guys have suggested,
you have not uploaded all of pmwiki...

Either some files and folders were lost,
or your initial pm archive (.zip, .gz etc...)
was corrupt.
You might need to make a fresh download of the latest pmwiki,
and a fresh install of course.
