[pmwiki-users] Removing the "pmwiki" part in the uploads URL when pmwiki resides in a subdirectory of the document root

perhaps put the uploads/ folder into the root, and add to config

$UploadDir = "../uploads/";

or the dir path to it.

you can also set $UploadUrlFmt directly.
