[pmwiki-users] Style of cookbook pages

On the PmWiki website's cookbook pages, the right column pushes  
everything else down the page.  I'm not sure why. Wouldn't it make  
more sense to let the column float on the right unless the author  
wants otherwise? How can we change that?
