One of the things that has always puzzled me is why content of the page
footer (and page header) are defined in the page template, rather than as
wiki pages (as the sidebar is).
This recipe allows you to use a wiki page to specify the page footer (the
page header is somewhat harder).

PS the "Q:" and "A:" markup, while recognised in the cookbook (because they
force a new line) don't have formatting associated with them.
