It actually requires a *lot* more involvement by Petko.

I agree -- the review/test requirements, especially for some
recipes, are quite onerous.
Whatever testing framework gets developed for PmWiki, it would be
nice if that framework could be also used by recipes. But I don't
know that I want that framework to be specifically tied to pmwiki.org .
