Is there some preprogrammed way for a select input form field to read 
options from an editable page?

For instance a dropdown:

Skin Selection: (dropdown selection)

Whereby the dropdown selection list is imported from a page section of 
SelectionData

[[#skinselection]]
*FirstSkin
*SecondSkin
*ThirdSkin
[[#skinselectionend]]

I want to generalize this solution , ideally so that several lists could 
be maintained on the same page.
