[pmwiki-users] Problem pagetoc.php and Category Links in headers

Hi Everyone,
I am using pmwiki-2.2.4 and latest pagetoc.php (version 2.0.31) cookbook recipe.
Everything is fine except for one thing. If I use category links like
this [[!CatLink]] in a header such as, for example,

!! [[!CatLink]] is in this header

the corresponding entry in table-of-contents is reduced to just two
characters "[[".
The rest of header text is gone. In the page body the header is
displayed correctly. Thee problem is limited to table of contents.

Any help will be greatly valued and appreciated.
