AFAIK PmWiki is fairly Googlebot friendly.  It tells Googlebot
which links aren't worth following (e.g., ?action= links),
and quickly responds with 403 Forbidden if/when Googlebot
does try to access those links.

Beyond that I'm not sure what we we might want to do to make
it more friendly to Googlebot.
