[pmwiki-users] Error encountered with upgrade to 2.2 beta 65

All (Patrick I presume):

I have just upgraded from 2.1.27 to 2.2.0  beta 65, and encountered the 
following problem:

When I edit a page with any external link reference (ie. http://) and 
try to leave the page with any of the buttons, then I get the following 
error:

 Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /neighbourhood/wiki/wiki.php on this 
server.

=======================

I have blocklists off (even explicitly turned off) so that doesn't 
appear to be the problem.

So a page with the following wikitext (and only this wikitext) saves 
successfully:

[[parkcommons.ca]]

Whereas the following generates an error:

[[http://parkcommons.ca]]

All pages read and render successfully. The error only occurs when 
attempting to publish, publish and edit, save draft, preview, or cancel 
from edit, in the presence of the http:// protocol text.

Any ideas?
