OK, I went here and noticed that you were adding
prefixes to the variables you wanted to access.  I
tried it and it actually works.  Try this URL:
http://netstreams.org/test/cms/index.php/Main/WikiSandbox?get_foo=bar
and you'll see what I mean.

If you want the value of foo, use {$foo}, not
{$get_foo}.  This is probably a misunderstanding from
the way I wrote the docs, sorry...

Anyone else having problems with this recipe they can
show me?
