I just put a new recipe out there called [[Cookbook/OpenPass]] which
documents how to set a global password and then display a "hint" in
the Site.AuthForm ONLY if that password has not been overridden...

QUESTION: Is Site.AuthForm available in every skin? Or do I need to
document changes to $AuthPromptFmt as well?
