[pmwiki-users] Enable 'sectionedit' for the cookbook page of section edit

Hi Patrick,

I'd just like to ask that you enable 'sectionedit' for the page
 	http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/SectionEdit

According to the page it should be enabled, but apparently it isn't.

PS. I think that recipe should be part of the core, and be easy to 
selectively enable/disable.
