Thanks.  I already have Adobe Captivate and I'm planning to use it.
I've heard good things about wink, though, so might give it a shot
as well.  I'm not sure how well wink would work under VMware
(which is how I run Windows).

Or, I'll use a variety of other Linux tools if I decide to do some 
of it from the Linux side of the desktop.  :-)
