That's standard even for an English PmWiki first-time installation.
The RecentChanges (or "ModifsDuGroupe") pages don't exist until a
page is edited and saved.

Normally we change this in the PmWikiFr.PmWikiFr page. But...

Alas, I don't think that i18n gets us completely there.
It would be very difficult to have _every_ page automatically
appear in a configured language -- we'd have to overload
Main.HomePage and Site.SideBar somehow in order to do that.
If we can think of a simple and clean way to do this, I'm all
for it, but in the general case I think it should be okay if
there are still two (very simple) pages left in English.
All of the other pages ought to be translated (or translatable),
though.
This isn't a case of me saying we need English, but more a case
of wanting to prevent complexity in PmWiki's base pages.
